33 lots in North Phoenix sell for more than $5M

Taylor Morrison, the nation’s fifth largest homebuilder and developer based in Scottsdale, bought 17 lots in North Phoenix for $2,858,095, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The cost of the land, located at the northeast corner of Cave Creek Road and Deer Valley Drive in Phoenix, breaks down to $168,123.24 per lot.

In a separate transaction, Pulte Homes,  the third-largest home construction company in the United States based on the number of homes closed, bought 16 lots in the same North Phoenix area for $2,173,421, according to Vizzda. The cost of the land, located at the northeast corner of Cave Creek Road and Deer Valley Drive in Phoenix, breaks down to $135,838.81 per lot.

The seller of all 33 lots was Cave Buttes Development Partners.

The lots are all part of the Sky Crossing development.
