The City of Avondale Planning Commission has recently approved a new multifamily development named Avari Apartments.
The developer plans to build 354 urban style apartments near Avondale Boulevard and 117th Avenue.
According to the city’s analysis, the project includes “open space and amenities greatly exceed minimum requirements and address multiple demographics.”
