TEMPE, Ariz.  – March 16, 2021 – Fulton Homes, Arizona’s largest family-owned and -operated homebuilder, has announced the presale of homes in its newest east Valley community, Barney Farms. The presale includes homes in two neighborhoods, Meadows and Groves. Home sizes range from 1,691 to 3,595 square feet, and each neighborhood includes four single-story plan options.

Located at Queen Creek & Signal Butte Road, the master-planned community will feature 1,700 homes on 550 acres, including 114 acres of open space anchored by a 22-acre lake.

“This is a premier community for families in the Queen Creek area,” said Doug Fulton, CEO of Fulton Homes. “Our goal is not only to bring legendary Fulton Quality to the homes we build, but to also bring that concept to its communities and their amenities. We believe Barney Farms is our best representation to date of our goal.”

Barney Farms features an abundance of amenities like access for small boats or kayaks, catch-and-release fishing, a large pool and aquatic center, clubhouse, sand volleyball, pickle ball, bocce courts, zip-lines, extensive walking trails, myriad parks and play areas.

Each floor plan in both neighborhoods features single-story options that are able to be configured to include an interior second-story loft.

The Meadows, dubbed as affordable single-family homes, start at $400,000. The Groves features slightly larger floor plans that begin at $500,000.

Both neighborhoods offer Fulton’s exclusive Fulton Features program. This program includes 16 SEER high-efficiency HVAC, granite countertops, 36″ maple cabinets, faux wood blinds, and ceiling fans. Both the Groves and Meadows neighborhoods include the WaterSense label and are ENERGY STAR® certified. Recognized by the EPA as an Indoor airPLUS Leader for six consecutive years, Fulton Homes is also building all Barney Farms homes to the Indoor airPLUS certification.
