The Gilbert Town Council is scheduled to give final plat approvals for Waterston North – Phase 2 at Val Vista Drive and Ocotillo Road.
The single family residential development sits on 63.8 acres. The council is being asked to give final plat approvals for 254 lots and 38 tracts for common areas and open space.
Tri Pointe Homes is developing the East Valley subdivision, according to city documents and site plans.
The council vote is scheduled for May 18. The town approved homes for Waterston North — Phase 1 in February.
