KB Homes buys 277 lots in Goodyear for $6.5M

KB Homes bought 277 lots in Goodyear for $6,535,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The cost of the land, located at the southwest corner of Peart and McCartney roads in Goodyear, breaks down to $23,592.06 per lot.

The seller was Val Vista Centers.

The lots are part of the Arroyo Vista development in Goodyear.

The brokers on the deal were Matt Rinzler, Jeremy Lovejoy and Brian Stillman of Insight Land & Investments.

Goodyear has become a hotbed for growth in the past several years.

Data shows that by several accounts, 2020 was somehow a year of growth in several markets. S&P 500 hit a historic high in September, eCommerce sales jumped by nearly a third, home sales are on track to exceed the previous year’s numbers, and lots of people moved to Goodyear and Buckeye in the West Valley.
