Landsea Homes sells out four Arizona communities

In less than 15 months, Landsea Homes sold-out communities at Grand Village, Mountain Views, Destiny at Verrado and Trenton Park.

“The rate at which we’ve sold nearly 400 homes in such a short time period is a statement that our homebuyers quickly capitalized on the location, desirability and value that these communities offered,” said Todd Condon, vice president of marketing and sales, Arizona division, Landsea Homes. 

Located in El Mirage, Grand Village consisted of 156 single-family homes, ranging from 1,316 to 3,018 square feet. The community is conveniently positioned off Route AZ-60 near the Loop 101 freeway. Residents enjoy features including a playground and lush landscaping. The community opened for sale in April 2019.

Mountain Views in Phoenix consisted of 105 single-family homes ranging from 1,316 to 3,018 square feet, and is located nearby shopping and grocery stores. The community opened for sale in March 2019.  

Destiny at Verrado in Buckeye contained 68 single-family homes tucked into the White Tank Mountains, with access to amazing parks, a resort style community pool, fitness center and plenty of activities for all ages. The community opended for sale in June 2019. 

With 38 homes, Trenton Park provided residents of Peoria affordable, quality-built homes ranging from 1,580 to 3,018 square feet. The community is conveniently located next to several dining, entertaining, and shopping options with the nearby State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District and Park West Shopping Center. The community opened for sale in March 2019.
