The Related Group, an international developer known for its sophisticated metropolitan ‘for-sale’ condominiums, rental and mixed-use projects, announced the groundbreaking of their first multi-family project in Arizona called The Manor Scottsdale.
Located at 13220 N. Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale, Ariz., the 286-unit upscale multi-family residential apartment homes will be conveniently situated between Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland areas in what is known as the Shea Corridor. The property provides walkability to the area’s many shops and restaurants and close proximity to the Scottsdale Airpark.
The Manor Scottsdale will offer virtual walkthroughs and tours of the upscale property and floor plans, with more than 15 floor plans from which to choose. The first residential units will be available in late first quarter of 2022 with the grand opening of The Manor Scottsdale slated for fall of 2022.
